1:00 pm nie. Been bedside watching over Leigh since 8:30 am. She is sleeping and medicated for head pain.  She is complaining of head pain. So now it is 2:30. And ahe was just given dose of bigger pain med.   whoops she was seeing things for a minute there but quickly feel asleep.

This is all still frightening to watch because I will not feel aecure about successful surgery unless she heals well and no or leas seizures.  Right no the "procedure has been a success and rest is still to be determined.  

The incision appears to be neatly done and barely notice able.  Like a face lift cut. And little head shave at all.  That is all good!

Hanging in there.  Still in ICU.    Waiting line for floor room apparently .

    This blog is such a good idea. It comforting to be able to check in anytime to see how things are going.

      Hi bobbie & dad
      She had a small seizuure last night that concerned us. Stayed til 3:30 am. Back this morning and she looks better today!
      Neuro team not real concerned abiut seizure. Post surgerycan do that unyil things settle down. (counting on that theory). But pain still pretty high. She is sleeping now and therapist was working with her earlier said all motor skills are great which is a relief too!!

      Today will be a better day. We hope!!!

    Ouch on the headache, but it sends logical that there would be one. Let's hope it goes away in due time along with the seizures. Much love to you all. UK

    Hings look a tiny bit improved this am although leigh doesn't think she is better. She looks better for sure!
    Up out if bes when I got here and good neuro functions so YEAH!!!!
    She is sleeping now (drugged again) so I am leaving for about an hour and will return to update blog anout 1:30 today. Said the seiZure last might nit unxommon post surgery til things settle down. I am holding that thought!!!!!
